1. The service
VolFlash aggregates publicly available news, official statements, and economic-calendar data, scores them for market impact, and publishes generated commentary. The website, the email digest, and the membership are together "the Service".
The Service is an information product. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation, and not an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. We do not manage money, do not provide personalised advice, and do not guarantee any outcome. See the disclaimer for the full statement.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide an email address you control.
- One account per person. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts used for abuse, fraud, or sharing access with others.
- You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
3. Free and paid tiers
The free tier shows a delayed event feed with a limited portion of each analysis. Pro removes the delay and unlocks the full analysis, asset impact table, and watchlist. We may adjust what each tier includes; if we reduce what a paid tier offers during a period you have already paid for, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused part.
4. Price, tax, and billing
- The Pro price is shown on the pricing page and is charged in US dollars by our payment provider.
- Prices include applicable tax. The provider determines the rate from your billing address at checkout (for example 10% in Japan, around 20% in much of the EU, and 0% in some US states); the amount charged is the price shown on the pricing page, with nothing added.
- Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. The first payment is taken at checkout; on each renewal date the provider charges the same amount again, including applicable tax, until you cancel. We do not store your card details — the payment provider does.
- You may cancel at any time using the customer-portal link in your receipt email, or by emailing yeluyide@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- If a renewal payment fails, the provider retries. Access may be suspended if the payment is not recovered within the grace period the provider applies.
- We will give at least 14 days' notice by email before any price increase applies to your subscription.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Your first subscription payment can be refunded in full within 7 days, no questions asked — email yeluyide@gmail.com. Later renewals are refundable at our discretion, for example if the Service was unavailable for a significant part of the period. Cancelling stops future charges but does not by itself refund the current period; access continues until that period ends.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service running continuously but provide it on a best-effort basis, without a service-level guarantee. Upstream sources (news feeds, official calendars, quote providers) can fail or be delayed, and the Service may be unavailable during maintenance. We may add, change, or withdraw features; material reductions to a paid tier are handled under section 3.
7. Generated content
Commentary is produced automatically from public sources and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Always verify against the original source, which we link where available. Text and analysis are generated; they are not statements of fact about the future.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its text, design, and generated analysis, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own research. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute the Service or substantial parts of it. See the acceptable use rules.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, including the acceptable use rules. If we terminate for breach, fees already paid are not refunded.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for trading losses or any investment decision you make. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and for material changes we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
