Acceptable Use

These rules apply to everyone who uses VolFlash, free or paid. They exist so the Service stays available and useful for all subscribers.
1. What you may do
- Read, search, and use the analysis for your own research and trading decisions.
- Quote short excerpts in your own writing, with attribution and a link back.
- Forward the daily digest email to colleagues.
- Use the information as one input among others, alongside your own judgement.
2. What you may not do
- No bulk extraction. Do not scrape, crawl, or systematically download the site, the API, or the event stream, and do not circumvent rate limits or the paywall.
- No redistribution. Do not republish, resell, sublicense, or mirror the Service or a substantial part of it, and do not feed it into a competing product or a dataset you sell.
- No account sharing. Credentials are personal. Do not share them, and do not resell access.
- No abusive load. Do not open unreasonable numbers of streaming connections, hammer the API, or run automated jobs against the site without asking us first.
- No unlawful use. Do not use the Service to manipulate a market, to spread false information, or in breach of applicable law or exchange rules.
- No misrepresentation. Do not present our generated commentary as personalised advice, as a guarantee of returns, or as the view of a licensed adviser.
- No security attacks. Do not probe, scan, or attempt to breach the Service or other users' accounts.
3. Generated content: your responsibility
Analysis is produced automatically from public sources. It can be wrong. It is not a signal service, not a trading system, and not a substitute for verification. Before acting on anything here, check the original source we link to. If you automate decisions based on the Service, that automation and its consequences are yours.
We do not accept submissions of content from users, so there is no user-generated content to moderate. If that changes, these rules will be updated.
4. Enforcement
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for breaches of these rules. Where the breach is serious — scraping, resale, or attacking the Service — we may terminate immediately without refund. Where it is minor, we will normally warn you first.

If you believe content here infringes your rights, or you spot abuse, contact yeluyide@gmail.com. We respond within three business days.
