Prices shown include applicable tax. Your payment provider determines the rate from your billing address at checkout (JP 10%, EU ~20%, some US states 0%); the amount you pay is the price shown, with nothing added.
Can you guarantee profits?
No — and nobody can. You are paying for speed of information and transmission logic, not trade signals. Anyone promising returns is lying.
How much delay is there?
Collection runs roughly every 180s and an analysis lands within 40s. Free accounts see everything an extra 2h later.
Refunds?
First payment refundable within 7 days, no questions asked — just email yeluyide@gmail.com.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments and PayPal are handled by our merchant of record at checkout — Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal are all accepted. Alipay / WeChat Pay are not supported: our servers and merchant entity are outside mainland China.
How do I cancel?
Use the customer-portal link in your receipt email, or just email us. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
